We are two people sharing a beautiful studio at Gathenhielmska Huset in Majorna and are looking for one more person to share it a few days per week.


Gathenhielmska Huset is a unique cultural space where people working in artistic and cultural fields work side by side in an inspiring environment.


The studio is ideal for writing, editing, graphic design, illustration, photography, research, administrative work, online meetings, or other creative and independent practices that don't require a permanent setup. It may also suit someone teaching small classes or private lessons with lightweight equipment.


The space is bright, calm, and located in a historic building. A desk, storage space, and a small extra storage area are available. There is also a shared kitchen in the building and access to a beautiful garden.


As this is a shared studio, we're looking for someone with a relatively minimal setup and equipment that can be easily moved when needed, rather than someone requiring a large permanent installation or extensive storage.


The space is currently available several days each week, with some flexibility to adapt the schedule depending on everyone's needs and working patterns. Rent will depend on the arrangement and amount of use.


Available from August 1, 2026.
