We are happy to invite you to a Lunch hour seminar Wednesday 29 November 12-13 with Daniel Byström. Daniel Byström works as an destination designer, with the focus on dialogues and co-creation to develop destinations that are attractive for both visitors and residents. Right now he is developing easter Iceland, Austerland, as a destination.

But what is ”destination design” and how can it be used to develop attraction for a place? Many cities, towns, regions and countries want to attract more tourists, visitors, as well as new residents and businesses. Destination design is a concept and a tool to gather the different actors in a region to develop and co-design a sustainable and attractive destination. There may be hidden or forgotten resources that may be potential for renewed development and recovery. A side effect is that it also current residents will become more aware of and talk proudly of its own region’s attractions.

Come and listen to Daniel Byströms Lunch hour seminar to gain more insight in how to work with destination design.
