Invisible Threads: Weaving Sound, Pattern and Movement

Publicerat 2019.06.15

Invisible Threads is a collaboration between sound artist Flora Könemann (DE) and visual artist Rachel Barron (UK/SE). The artists will present a new site-specific installation and audio-visual performance at Remfabriken - a former weaving mill, which currently exists as a museum with its looms, transmissions and tools left in their original places. Responding to the repetitive rhythms and movements of the industrial machinery, Invisible Threads encompasses live and pre-recorded sound, moving image, architectural and sculptural interventions within the factory environment. Kindly supported by Gothenburg Stad Project Pronto. Entrance by donation. Performance kl. 18! Installation open between kl. 16 -20
